Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below you will find the terms for cancelling a confirmed reservation at the Spim na Rabí accommodation.
Free cancellation
You may cancel your reservation free of charge no later than 14 days before your arrival date. In that case, we will refund the full amount paid.
Cancellation fees
For cancellations 13 to 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the stay. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the stay.
How to cancel
To cancel your reservation, write to us at spimnarabi@seznam.cz or call +420 723 936 426. The time of cancellation is the moment your notice reaches us.
Exceptional circumstances
In the case of serious and documented reasons, we will always try to find an accommodating solution. Do not hesitate to contact us.
