Terms and Conditions

These terms govern reservations and stays at the Spim na Rabí accommodation, Rabí 175, 342 01 Rabí. By creating a reservation, you agree to them.

Reservation

A reservation is made by submitting the reservation form and our confirmation of it by email. The minimum length of stay is 2 nights. Please provide accurate and complete information.

Prices and payment

Prices are per apartment per night and follow the current price list. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of 250 CZK / night. We will inform you of the payment method and deadline in the reservation confirmation.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. We will send you information about key pickup and parking by email the day before your arrival.

House rules

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, and quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please treat the furnishings with care.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms and any cancellation fees are governed by our cancellation policy. Please contact us as early as possible if needed.
